 WGLI’s Women's Leadership Development Series

The Women’s Leadership Training Program is delivered over four, one-day sessions and is designed to strengthen participants' leadership capabilities, decision-making, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, team leadership, and consensus-building. Linked with mentoring, community projects, and networking opportunities, this one-of-a-kind program challenges women to discover and embrace their unique gifts and to use them with confidence to have a positive impact in their personal and professional lives.

Our free, Community Lectures Series on core leadership principles is open to the public.  WGLI has gathered inspirational leaders and leadership trainers to share their experiences and expertise with the community.   They are ready to share their valuable insights on leadership with the audience.  Many of the lecture topics are later offered in an extended, skills-based format as part of the Emerging Leaders workshop series.

WGLI offers a wide range of high-quality, professional consultants who can provide a variety of services, including facilitation, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and carefully crafted training seminars on leadership and team-building.
