How Does My Support Help? Women’s Global Leadership Initiative (WGLI) is a non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization, founded by Diana Ruiz in Sonoma County in 2008 and dedicated to unlocking the leadership potential of women who want to make a difference. Our goal is to create a community of women with the confidence and determination to serve as leaders in personal, professional, community, regional and national spheres of influence.

Sponsorship makes it possible for several women each year to advance through curriculum which develops credible, active decision-makers who will facilitate positive changes in their families, communities, and the world.

Sponsorship Levels & Benefits:

Bronze Level: $75—$225

Bronze Level Sponsorship allows us to continue presenting world-class lectures and workshops throughout our communities through local colleges, universities and organizations.

Silver Level: $226—$550

Silver Level Sponsorship supports WGLI operations and makes scholarship funds available for the Professional Women's Leadership Series.

Gold Level: $556—$1650

A key giving level, Gold Level Sponsorship of $556 provides a complete scholarship for the full WGLI Leadership Series for up to three emerging leaders who might otherwise miss the opportunity.

Platinum Level: $1651—$5000

The most generous and impactful Sponsorship, Platinum Level giving of $1,651 to $5,000 gives numerous women in your community the gift of the complete WGLI Leadership Series, as well as expanded programs, advanced networking opportunities, and the chance to pay it forward to future emerging leaders in need.

Dedicated Scholarships:

Dedicated Scholarships are a unique and personal way to help women on the track to leadership. Donors enjoy knowing that their contribution goes to women working their way through the Women’s Global Leadership Initiative curricula in either the Emerging Leader Workshops or the Women's Leadership Seminar Series.

Emerging Leaders Workshops: $75—$675

The Emerging Leaders Workshop Series covers key components necessary to develop powerful leadership skills, from every level. Each contribution of $75 paves the way for an emerging leader to take a single workshop. And greater increments of giving allow the recipient to continue advancing her skills through the program.

Women's Leadership Seminar Series: $265—$800

The Women's Leadership Seminar Series is WGLI's most comprehensive training, offering superior guidance and leadership insights to take Emerging Leaders to the next level, and to challenge seasoned and corporate-level executives seeking a deeper and higher level of connection and leadership in their communities. Each $800 Dedicated Scholarship will help one woman complete the WLS Series, or contribute $265 per session.

Dedicated Scholarship Patrons are as unique as the women they help. In appreciation, each Dedicated Scholarship Patron receives:
