WGLI has created a values-based leadership training program with the added benefit of linking participants with professional women who are willing to share their expertise and life experiences as mentors.  We encourage the participation of women from all backgrounds and life styles, all levels of education, income and profession.  This diversity will allow women to share life experiences, learn from and support one another in personal and professional endeavors.  We believe that women who participate in these workshops will strengthen their leadership capabilities, including decision making, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, team leadership, authentic communications and consensus building.

Founding Organization Chart

The Women’s Global Leadership Initiative is adopting an organizational model called the Fractal Organization, inspired by nature and designed by Janna Raye from StrateGems Smart Situations.Connections exist between all committee members and the Board of Directors. This constant flow of information enables the organization to be proactive and adapt easily and quickly to changing conditions.

Janna Raye is the founder of StrateGems Smart Situations, a training and consulting firm specializing in
organic relationship systems and natural hierarchies.
